I'm doing it for 30 days then taking a break but still restricting probably to my usual 600-700 then I'm planning on doing the abc diet during summer

Even thought I think your order is better … I wouldn’t advise it, It is very low. You can better eat around 1000 and drink a lot , eat clean, sport an hour a day (more or less) . That way you will stay you, if you get to serious you will lose yourself, believe me, you will. If you do it the healthy way you will still have beautiful hair, skin , and everything, you will be happy and most important , the weight will stay away ! if might take a bit longer, but it’s worth it . 

I know I post a lot unhealthy/skinny girls, but I’m not pro ana/mia , Even though I starve/purge/binge myself I would never advise it to an other person. Please do it the healthy way, and you can always ask you parents for help , they will understand, they have been longer on this world. What every you do, use your brains.
